It's Kindergarten Registration Time!
You need to bring:
- A birth certificate or officially acceptable proof of birth date. The birthday must be on or before September 30, 2007.
- Proof of up-to-date immunizations and of a health/physical examination, recorded on a Tennessee Child Health Record completed by a medical provider or a County Health Department. This form may be obtained from a medical provider or from the Health Department. The health/physical examination must have been completed within the past year. No student will be enrolled or allowed to attend school without a completed Tennessee School Immunization Certificate.
- Proof of residency within the school zone.

4. Be sure to look under the "Supply Lists" tab on the left side of this page to find our list of school supplies. Items are listed specifically to be economical for you and to prevent unnecessary purchase of "cute" items.

Help us keep our students safe:
* Please follow the car line during pick up and dismissal
or park in a parking space and walk up to get your child.
*Monitor your speed through the school zone.
*Display your blue name plate in on the right side of your
windshield or bring it with you to the entrance if you walk up.
* You will be asked to come in and show identification to verify
you are an approved adult to pick up the student without the
blue name plate.
*No child is allowed to cross the parking lot without an adult.
*There is no through traffic from the Recreation Center parking lot.
*Remember there is one way in and one way out of our parking lot.
Coming in the exit has resulted in traffic citations.
